im on disc 3 all by mistake.
I was chasing ultimate weapon and he took me to midgar and forced me into that quest and now im onto disc 3.My problem is,i have no tents and am a very low level (51).
What should i do? burning_eyes

yeah the games prity open ended on the 3rd disc your not forced down the crater, and if you do go down (advised as theres a lot of nifty stuff down there) your not traped down there and can climb back out.

as for item problems, did you get the W-item from the midgar subway? if you didnt go to bone village and dig it up (i cant remeber the exact place it is thoe)

now with W-item you can duplacate items that can be used in battle (things like potions, ethers, elixers, mega elixers, ect) as long as you have two of them. in battle (go to a place where the monsters levels are super low like out side midgar or the chocobo farm) and go in to the W-item command (replaces the item command) select the item you wish to duplecate and selcet a party meber/ monster, now youll be promted to choose another item select the same item again but when it asks you to use it on something cancel the selection and the number of items should go up by 1 you can use it as many times as you want in battle. (thoe it be advised you unequip counter materia so you dont kill the monsters befoer your finished duplacateing items.


also areas i would advise leviling up would be:

out side Mideel (advised if your at a low level eg, below lvl60)

the sunken galenca plane (watch for emerald weapon as he some times lurks out side the plane, and i would avise useing ribbon and other things that protect against status effects as the monsters hear are fond of them)

an area in the northern crater that looks like a yellowis cave filed with a watery swamp like area, that contains the best monsters for leveling up.
(it contains magic pots [require elixers but worth it for the exp/ap] , so W-item is advised, and master tonberrys [guards aginst death such as added effect+destruct on armour are advised], also the best plae to plant the save crystal)

One of the only monsters you really need to avoid is actually in the crater so unless you already entered the crater and are too far in, do NOT fight the Master Tonberry. Without your powerful weaponry he will ultimately own you...and this is from personal experience...even with good weapons and powerful summons he is still a powerful fight. Other than that, just equip your EXP-Materia to whoever you want to level up and go bananas!
