OMG guys! Did I say not pay them? No!
I said I would refuse to pay if they are expecting to get something out of it. I still tip. However, when I do a raise, I expect nothing from it. When I do tele's on my WHM, I do it because people are asking and no one is doing it, but I only do it when I'm not busy.
Why should you get something out of being nice? On titan, there is a lot of focus on just doing a good deed.

If they take forever, I tip less than 500. If they are average I do 500. Speedy and out of way areas I tip up to 2k.

Maybe I misread too >_> Sorry.
When I tele, that is how I get money though. I am fast and I accept anything, Meaning that if they only got 300 gil to pay. Ill do it for free. On my Raise I macro when I am in the Dunes it says /s"Cash Accepted Never Expected." They can give me money but, I usually do not ask for it. I just give them free ones cause during the time when I was in the dunes... No one would raise you -_-

I don't think that has ever happened on ifrit. O.o Would be way cool lol but I doubt it will put whm out of a job. Most people either don't know about regional teles, or are too lazy to use them. blaugh I'm a whm myself so...I fall in the latter category. /ma "Teleport-Mea"

I could see why some people Post-Rank 5 would think that, but for low levels, teleporting is a huge issue.

i'm impatient, if i can outpost warp somewhere, i pay the extra money, just cause it's closer to where i want to go.

I needed a tele-altpa lastnight, this whm invites me, i see i need signet
"Ok ill wait go get it"-whm
I get it come back
"Trade please"-whm
I give him 5k.
"5000!!"-whm
"meh keep up the good work"-me
The scroll cost more the tele should too. That how i see it, Chocos are 1.5k-4k in jeuno so why shouldnt teleS?
I get 1-2k for the first tree teles
3-5k for the last three

It's hard to quest those things and takes a lot of fame. And since WHM's Have like.. No strength it's hard to do it alone... Cept the Tele-Altep one.. That was easy to quest >_>

If you are a whm and do the tele-altep quest it is uber easy
All you need is Sneak and Warp really ^_^

WHM's will never be out of a job, I only get tele-taxi if I am in Jueno and am to lazy to take the airship to where I am going.

when your levl 36= WHM, /anon is your best friend against /t about Tele's and Raises. I also learned never to go through dunes as ur whitemage with your equip on... unless you want ppl asking to PL there party. I'm kinda new at FFXI so those are the things i learned so far, lol. by the way, i have a 42 whm now biggrin

why do people hate windy so much crying
it rules
its so much prettyer than bastok and sandy
and you can laugh at the shortness of its populates xd
and if ur a wehm without a job get to lvl 50, go to Xcarbard and have all the crystals and make money sending people to Altepa, The Jungle! or Xcarbard 3nodding
