sirDavenhower Kite Man. Interesting fact: He was originally going to play a major role in Villains United, as a member of the Secret Six. Instead, he was killed off-panel by Deathstroke. Like he deserved. Quote: How about the Cluemaster from DC, he is actually a ripoff of a already lame villian the Riddler. Shut up, the Riddler is awesome. Maybe after his recent revamp, Riddler can cooler, but when he first came out he was pretty lame. All of his riddles are always solved by Batman without that much trouble.

I hated what they did to him in Hush.

(Honourable mention going to the Rainbow Raider; partially the inadvertent campness, partially the silliness of colour-based powers, but mostly the hilarious stupid real-life name he had. Roy G. Bivolo? I ask you.)
As for Marvel... well, the Vulture always made me giggle.

Dude the riddler sux...his riddles r so easy for Batman to figure out....he might as well just leave notes saying "i'm robbing a bank on 1st and 50thAve." ninja
