"Mmmm... And what of it?" Orochimaru hissed clanging the Kusanagi against Watershed and applying a great deal of force to the glowing blade. "I find it more than suitable given the situation. You should be flattered, I don't use it very often, it tends to run down my body you see." He smirked as the cold bit into his new skin. This was truly fun, it had been so long since he had gotten out of that office and now here he was fighting again, it was very refreshing.

With a swift movement, Baku flipped out a kunai and cut through Orochimaru's hair, down by his shoulder. He grabbed the patch of hair in his fist and flipped away. The kunai was placed back inside a secret pouch while he pocketed the hair. He laughed some at how Orochimaru's hair was slightly shorter on one side now. "Orochimaru, it seems I now have what I came for." His assistant appeared behind him and he handed off the hair in a vial to him, only for him to vanish. "Now the rest is just a bit of fun." He spoke maliciously as with a flick of his hand, a clump of the ice that still contained his blood dropped into his hand. He then placed the ice on his tongue and let it slide down his throat. Baku's body began to pulsate and grow black, his bones clearly being outlined as if they were coated in neon white.

"Ah yes. This brings back memories." Orochimaru said smiling. "I had heard that you had actually improved your predecessors technique but that doesn't seem to be the case." He ran a hand through his long hair and felt the ends where it had been removed. How very strange indeed, once he had beaten him he would have to learn what it was for.

A dark chuckle escaped him. "Orochimaru. I have indeed perfected said technique, and yet, I find I only need the most simplest form to use on you. So do not act as if I am unable or have done nothing, for you, nothing simplicity is best." The Jashun mark below him appeared as Baku removed the spike his faith used. "Let's see. What are snakes useless without?" He asked to himself mostly. "How about a head?" Baku said as he drove the spike through his neck.

Haku Needles . o O ( It does take a massive amount of chakra to do this, but the way I made the jutsu is so I can pay the cost in full so I don't have to continually worry about subtracting chakra each post. I hate doing that. It annoys me. And it is true that even in some of the coldest places that it is hard for ice crystals to form in the bloodstream, but it is not impossible. Actually there is a way for more water to enter the body, which is over-hydration. You can literally drown your cells if you drink too much water, and since you are breathing in crystallized water (snow and ice) then it is combined with the oxygen that flows into your blood and therefore due to circulation it melts and increases the amount of water inside your body which would ultimately drown your cells. Besides, the magic of chakra gives us a little bit of leeway in terms of defining how our jutsu work. If this were the real world and chakra was not present, then we would not be having this conversation. Also, Kabuto, I am not really attacking you, you just happen to be in the way. Also, you have to worry about the ice forming inside the CCS. Since there is nothing to warm it up, it is freezing and will soon claim the chakra gates and close up. ) "Ah. This jutsu." Baku grinned at how Orochimaru was attacking. Upfront. With another hand sign the ice from the ground around him and the shards from the razor discs gathered around him and plated to his body. In the same instance, they shattered into hundreds of pieces and flew at the snakes around his arm, cutting them to pieces. And with this, Baku charged forth at Orochimaru, seeming to fly across the water, Watershed in hand.((no the jutsu i used cleansed my body of any "extra water" stopping the formation of those ice crystals since i already increased my blood circulation and made more cells to further increase my internal body temp your ice is pretty much doing nothing inside me right now. I would also like to note that your jutsu is border line atmosphere manipulation which since this is ice your using it very similar to haku's advance blood line so I would watch out for backlash on that from other guild moderators. Anyway as I said i'm here to watch but keep attacking me and you will have to expect retaliation the only reason I have held my stance is because Soulvar wants a good 1 on 1 with you. ))
Kabuto now no longer under pressure began to relax a little the sudden attacks on his body even though he was well hidden had perplexed him. Although he need not worry since any attack upon his body in such a fashion was doomed to fail thanks to his special ability.

. o O ( I was more or less directing that towards Soulvar but I am gonna stop with the major effecting of the area. I only wanted to vent some of the pent up Baku rage I had in the form of major moves. And now I am done and I am making sure that my jutsu do not cross the line into the Haku bloodline. Besides, Baku will not be around forever. Also I knew it would not affect Kabuto because of his ability to regenerate cells. However for Orochimaru, it is a different story. )

A gout of blood shot from Orochimaru's throat and a smile crossed his face. "Mmmm hmmm hmm... I haven't felt something like that in a long time." he said placing a hand up to his neck. "You forget who I am though. I know quite a bit more about curses than you do."
Kusanagi flashed in a long arc forward and both of the Sannins forearms fell to the ground. "Ha Ha Ha! That's the first time I've ever actually felt the edge of my own blade! That really smarts! Bet that to even you that's not a pleasant sensation."
Extending forth the remains of his arms some twenty dark serpents erupted from them aiming for the second immortal, several snapping at the spike to remove it.

(( So nobody argues with me. Yes the blade of Kusanagi can extend, it was done against the four tails Naruto. Also the hit should be valid since your weapon was occupied with something else at the time and nobody would expect someone to willingly hack off their own arms. As for the snakes, well, they could even restrain King Enma, a human isn't going to be a problem))

Baku saw the serpents flying towards him. From under his cloak, he quickly flipped a long bladed object into a spinning movement in front of him, the three long blades coming into contact with the serpents and shredding them to pieces as Baku jumped into the air and onto the hand of Madara. He stared down at Orochimaru with a smirk, revealing the long three bladed scythe that he was wielding. And with a flicker of his hand, Water Shed rejoined him. Sheathing it, he pulled out the spike and cloaked it. "Well this was entertaining Orochimaru, but it seems I must be off." He said, blood dripping from his neck onto the rock. "Until we meet next time." He vanished in a flurry of wind.

"hmm... well then it seems that that was a highly disappointing ending and the information I have gathered, not at all what I needed... trash" Kabuto comes from out of his hiding space behind the tree the corpse he was using explodes from the damage it took. "O? he seemed to have destroyed it after all.... interesting" he smirks walking over to Orochimaru. "Lord Orochimaru do you wish for me to attend to your wounds?" he asked.

Orochimaru smiled and opened his mouth to emerge fully regenerated. "Not at all Kabuto. And I wouldn't say that it was a complete waste of time. Afterall, I did enjoy myself." he said flexing his new hands. "But Kabuto. I wonder what it was that he needed some of my hairs for. Any immediate thoughts?"
