The Grass country contains some of the more widely varied landscapes in the series, with forests, grasslands, mountains, rivers and bamboo thickets dotting it. The country shares borders with Earth, Fire, Rain and Waterfall. Because the country lies between Earth and Fire, it has been in invaded by the Earth Country during previous ninja wars. To avoid Earth gaining a foothold next to the Fire Country border, many Leaf ninja came to Hidden Grass' aid during the war. This resulted in many skirmishes taking place within its borders.

Kekkei Genkai (Blood Inheritance Limit)
Throughout the infinite villages of Naruto, there lay many clans. Each of these clans has their own unique traits that make them uniquely and identifiably theirs. However, there are only a few clans who can say that they have a kekkai genkai, or advanced bloodline in their clan. An advanced bloodline refers to something that is passed down generation to generation in a specific clan. It is in the genetic makeup of each clan that can not be duplicated or imitated by any method. Advanced bloodlines are always used to the advantage of the user, improving their chances in combat and making them a very worthy opponent. The rulers and warlords of each country had taken advantage of each bloodline to it's fullest extent to help their chances in war, and thus the people began to associate advanced bloodlines with war and pain. This reached the point of hatred towards anybody who was part of these special clans resulting in the genocide of these individuals and whole families, as was the case with Haku.
Now these abilities are special and are a very rare trait in a ninja so there can only be a limited number of members with the blood line trait. At the bottom of each blood line there will be a number saying (some number)/(some number). The number to the left is how many of that clan there are currently and the number to the right is how many of that clan there can be
example if there was 4/5 that would mean there are 4 people currently in that clan and 5 is the maximum number of people that can have that blood line, so for this blood line only one more person could join it until some one in that blood line dies if some one dies in that blood line then a new user may take there place but its first come first serve so be fast.

Ranmaru's Kekkei Genkai
Ranmaru's kekkei genkai has abilities similar to those of the Byakugan and that of Zetsu's signature ability: the Spying Technique, all of which are Doujutsu techniques. Its powers allow the user to see through solid objects, and create illusions with real Chakra circulatory systems. It also allows him to interfere with the workings of the Byakugan ["The Byakugan's natural enemy"], and has other vaguely defined powers regarding vision. When activated, the bloodline causes Ranmaru's eyes to momentarily glow red. Not much else is known about his bloodline limit. Those with this limit are often weak physically do to the amount of power it takes.

Hayfu clan~ Seal and Paper Users
This ancient clan is the most powerful in Grass Village as well as the most known from all Grass ninja. Do to there fighting style, known as the written word style, this proves that the pen is mightier than the sword in more ways than one. By drawing pictures on scrolls, tags, and just about anything they can turn that into a weapon by focusing their chakra into it. By placing seals on paper they can seal the enemies capabilities making there enemy weaker as the battle goes on. They can also seal other enemies elemental ninjutsu in special paper talismans that not only block the attack but allow them to use the attack themselves later on in the battle. The reason this clan is so powerful is not do to there own strength but do to the fact that they can reduce the strength of their enemies and turn there own powers against them. As an extra threat, aiding to this clan's powers, is their ability to manipulate any form of paper to their will.

Effect: After performing the proper hand seals, the user will be able to combine one of there elements within a talisman that they can then throw like a kunai but with an elemental boost.

Effect: By holding out a paper talisman, the talisman sucks up any elemental ninjutsu that was launched at the user, like a vacuum. The ninjutsu is then sealed within the paper talisman.

Chakra Points: 35
Effect: After an elemental ninjutsu is sealed by Seal of Ninjutsu, the clan member can then release the jutsu under their control, launching it at the enemy.

Mayumi Clan~ Shadow of HandsA fairly new bloodlimit, unique to the Hidden Grass. Its' origin is unknown, but the first recorded user of it came 20 years ago. A shinobi by the name of Mayumi Naoshi who later left Hidden Grass to join the organization known as Akatsuki. This bloodline allows the ninja to create phantom hands that can shoot destructive chakra blasts, as well as form barriers, and pushing, and punching people as well as grabbing them.

Effect: When one or more hands are out, the hands can charge a purple orb of chakra. This orb is very powerful blast of chakra that destroys anything in its' way. No handseals needed.
