you can get ANY item on ANY level clue... but the odds of getting a whip on a lvl 1 clue is astronomical....

Seth_God you can get ANY item on ANY level clue... but the odds of getting a whip on a lvl 1 clue is astronomical....
Certain items can be obtained from any clue, but for the most part, (eg; trimmed armour, robins, ranger boots) certain clues give certain items.
You cannot get level 3 clue items from level 2 clues for example and you can't get level 2 items (ranger boots for example) from a level 3 clue.

No, you cannot get a whip from treasure trails.
The only way to get an abyss whip is from abyssal demons. Or, of course, buying it from someone who killed abyss demons.
