Yes, attempt to every day. Have accountability on it. Seems like I end up reading the bible from the internet more than through the actual pages because of forums.
If you have the Word of God in you, you'll be better prepared for hard times. By having truth you can give truth to others. When a tough issue comes up, you'll know where to look.

I sure do. And I got this really cool new Bible...it has greek and hebrew key words in it. I find it so interesting, because a lot of the meaning was, well, lost in translation. I recall some instances where 'breath of God' was used, and in english, it means pretty much the same thing. But in one verse 'breath' was one of destruction, and in another, it meant life. I can't recal the verses...it was a preacher who was doing his sermon and whatnot. So yeah...that's my little blurb.

im starting to read mine after a christian kinda leader ship program i took for a month razz we read john btw. Im reading Micah right know as that is my name...(yea it strange reading micah and then like wow i am so brave...) because my name is also Micah razz that makes me feel like i can take "my' own words and use them empoweringly razz becuase it deos empower me.... anyways its good to find a bible jsut right for you, like the person above... Hikari?? can really read the name below this... has a good bible for him...her? Shes into what it says and whatnot, mine is a bible for teen guys and its very interesting it talks about girls and comparing other problems to how the bible says it might be wrong... like homosexualness.... jsut thought id add my two bits... or mb my five bits? to this conversation cya for know

I have this amazing life application bible..its great!!! I understand what God wants me to know and it gives background info. I love it!! right now im reading the book of Acts mrgreen

I do, and I read it pretty much daily. 'Tis funny that I do that, even when I don't accept most of it as actual divine revelation/inspiration.

I got myself a new Bible, Quest NIV Study Bible, and I can't wait to get into it. I was glancing through it earlier and it seems pretty neat.
