Ok, I've been trying to learn Japanese for a while now. Not /seriously/ trying, but off and on. Does anyone know the best way to learn it (reading/writing/speaking wise). Should I learn to speak first, then write, or at the same time?
Also, what's the best computer software to use to learn Japanese?

Rosetta Stone is one of the best, but very expensive. I would learn to read kana as well as learn the grammar first. Then go on to kanji and other volcab. that's written in kana. I wish I could be of more help, but I don't feel good right now. I can teach you some.

I say that you learn them at the sametime. As for the softwaer I am unsure.
