I did the fame in one day w/ TH2 turning in about 34-36 necklaces each trip.
I did Utsusemi and Tonko in the same day as well. It's really not that hard, just very time consuming, espcially if you do not have Warp. If you have Warp it will cut the time walking back to Windy by MANY minutes.
