Extraordinary was one word for it, but Eriol had another one in mind, one that would be better left unsaid in front of a lady. So he just nodded, and busied himself with cleaning up. "'m sorry 'bout that."
Viviana was holding Outcry by the tail, and squeezed it lightly at his outburst. But then she saw the butterfly, and immediately let go, waving both hands at it. It was so pretty, and reminded her a little of the floaty red thing in her room. But while that was shapeless almost, this had a definite shape and identity and was coming to her. She grabbed at it, almost catching it- just as it vanished.
The disappearance of the butterfly was so startling that Viviana's eyes widened and she looked around, whining softly.
"Eh, let'm have some noise. It's good for 'em," Eriol muttered. But as someone who'd nearly been raised in a library himself, he knew ettiquite and proper behavior and sighed, mimicing her apologetic looks at the others. "Yeah, guess we should find somewhere else. C'mon, Viv."
It was short work packing the duo back up, considering they hadn't been unpacked much in the first place. "Got anyplace in mind, Raya?"

“Think nothing of it,” Raya assured him, taking off her rather moist jacket and put it in her bag. “I know a good café just down the street, if you’re interested. I know we haven’t had anything to eat since breakfast.” Indeed, although Fray and Lavender were quite stimulated by the strangers, they both seemed rather uncomfortable and irritable due to the lack of food in their stomachs.
At the sound of Vivi whining, Fray quirked his head to the side curiously and a little concerned. Realizing it was the disappearance of his butterfly that made her upset, he attempted to blow another spark of magic out of his whistle. He caught a very high pitch and blew with all the air in his little chest, but there were no purple butterflies that fluttered out this time. Fray grew frustrated and pouted, chewing his whistle unhappily.
Raya nearly dropped everything at the screech of the whistle and gulped loudly in nervousness. “What the hell was that for Fray?” She whispered harshly, but her lavender-eyed boy looked up at his guardian innocently. Raya sighed embarrassedly and quickly put Fray into his stroller. The small boy seemed rather unhappy he couldn’t look at the new faces any longer, but the stroller was just too comfortable to dismiss.
“Shall we be off before these people kill us?”

The shriek of the whistle pierced Viviana's ears, and she balled her hands into fists, tensing up with surprise and pain. Outcry fluked, but refrained from further retaliation in favor of snuggling in next to Viviana, and letting his mist roll over her soothingly. Whimpering, the mist and contact slowly calmed Vivi down, and she began to relax.
The mere mention of food made Eriol's stomach growl, and he rubbed it, allowing a laugh at himself. He hadn't had much to eat either. "Food sounds good," he said amiably, putting the books he'd taken off the shelves in a neatish pile. The librarians would sort them out later. After all, that was what they were there for, that and shushing innocent people. "I'm ready t'shove off if you are." He was packed, Vivi was in her carrier, and everything was set. He picked them up, putting the handle of the carrier over his arm, and opened the door with the other.
"After you, m'lady," he offered.

Raya nodded her head with a small chuckle, flashing her best smile at Eriol. She was rather amused due to his charming character, but did her best to keep her smile mysterious. “Thank you, Eriol,” she said, pushing Fray’s carrier down the step as she brushed hair behind her ear.
Fray, after loosing sight of the new girl and her large blue daemon, had grown quite remorseful and silent. Quickly following his high-pitched whistle that seemed to upset everyone, be took his whistle out of his mouth and clenched it tightly in his fist. His small lips curved into a guilty frown, and in his shame he curled to his side and snuggled a blanket. Lavender’s large ears had been rather shocked by the high-frequency squeak so she was a little irate at her forgotten as well. She curled up into a little furry ball near Fray’s foot at the other end of the carriage, not wishing to interact with her forgotten much less those scary newcomers. The two usually energetic pair huffed silently.
“Oh look at him, what a baby,” Raya shook her head. “Pun unintended.”
As the four of them (plus two animals) reached the café, they were seated outside on a round table with an umbrella overhead and flowers adorning centerpiece. Menus were placed in front of them.

"Think nothin' of it," Eriol replied airily, stepping out himself and letting the door slam behind him. The noise probably shocked the librarian and startled a few of the patrons, but he didn't especially care. They'd get over it.
The noise did bother Viviana, and she put her hands over her ears, whimpering softly. All of these loud noises hurt her ears, and there weren't even any good noises to counter them. Well, the whistle was a nice noise, when it wasn't shrill and making her head hurt. But when it was so high-pitched, she wished it just wasn't there.
Also mildly irked by the noises, Outcry huddled his bulk protectively around Viviana, feeling a tired and ready for a nap.
Eriol smirked at Raya's pair, and then at his own. "Looks like they're already beat," he replied, taking a seat on one chair and settling Viviana's carrier on another. He glanced at a menu, but his eyes were more often found looking at his dining companions. "I guess travellin's a lot for them t'handle."
