Well our little guild is growing by leaps and bounds, and at 200 members and a new season (sure to bring even more members) fast approaching I think we could use a few more hands around here. I will be choosing the new crew members with the input of current crew members N-KK and Aznbarbdoll. Your qualifications and previous history as a member will be taken into consideration. I'm not into honorary titles so if you want this job expect to work. talk2hand Kalpini What I expect: It's not just a title and some new spiffy buttons to push. "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility." eek The guild is your baby too, if you see something it needs you do it. Like an actual Crewman you keep the ship sailing a steady course. You must check on the guild at less every other day. You must keep the guild active and fun. You need to make sure everyone follows not just the guild's rules but Gaia's ToS as well. You must obey and worship the almighty Kalpini stare Just Kidding on that last one! xp ...really. sad *cough* And you should help the guild to gain new members. Qualifications: I love Grey's Anatomy and I think I know (Almost) everything about it. I know every song, and memoriable quote.
What you would bring to the guild as a crew member: (Don't want to sound all arrogant here) I'm pretty creative, I also wrote 4 fanfictions of GA, just to get through this horrible summer. I love to post original topics and polls...
Your Pros: I am on this guild every day. I'm also good at dragging people in my GA obsession, so maybe I can bring a few new members...
Your Cons: I'm from Holland so gramatically I suck. I also am a bit later with the new episodes from season 3 because I have to download them first.
Other (if applicable): I also watch Desperate Housewives, and surprise in holland they are just as far as in America. Oh, and I also find srubs hilarious but here we are in season 2 or something, I know, that sucks

Qualifications: I'm an avid Grey's Anatomy watcher. I am active in getting on this forum on a regular basis, and have been on here for awhile. I'm also pretty decent on photoshop, and love to make things on it.
What you would bring to the guild as a crew member: Well I'll be able to get people into the group, I've been fairly good at this on my other group where I'm a crew member, but don't worry that one does not keep me busy at all. I make banners, and I'm always contributing new information that I find. As well as participating in discussions, and keeping up with all the topics.
Your Pros: I'm creative. Good at Photoshop. I've been on Gaia for a couple years, as well as having been a part of this group for a few months. I'm on Gaia atleast every day, even if I don't post everyday. And I'm reliable at getting things done, and making my self available for anything that needs to be done. As well as an avid Grey's Anatomy watcher.
Your Cons: Occasional internet sebatacles, usually not more than a couple days and they usually don't happen that often but I'm in college so I'll drive out of town with little or no notice sometimes and I'm usually gone only from Friday to Sunday. The other thing about college is why I don't post as much I might spend like 5 or 6 minutes on because I'm doing other work at the same time, but I'm an insomniac so I'll be on late at night (atleast for me).
Other (if applicable): I'm a person who's willing to work with you to get things done, and I'm hard working. Once I start something there is nothing to stop me finishing it. I know a lot about all these shows and the stars on them (especially grey's anatomy).

Qualifications: i love greys anatomy,and know ALOT about it,from songs to memorable quoets,plus im on gaig alot!
What you would bring to the guild as a crew member: im good at getting members,and keeping up with conversations(as im doing in a different guild im crew in)
Your Pros: im on gaia all the time,talkative,active,know alot about greys,can get new members and can keep up topics and participate in discussions,and i can make banners
Your Cons: i go away sometimes and am not online for a couple of days
Other (if applicable): i also watch desperate houswives..

after that it will close and i'll choose the new crew member(s)

Wait, is N-KK still a crew member then? yeah she mailed me she's been busy with work, school and being under the weather. she's going to try to be on @ the holiday break. smile but thanks for reminding me i need to add Neaf and Missy's names to the guild rules crew list. gonk damn now i got to think of a field of medicine for them. xp
