I just had to push this topic up by answering...
Nautolan, mainly for watery home planet and alien appearances. This race just screams to be roleplayed.
Rodians, look bit funny but very nice race. biggrin And I do like the zabrak culture too. (Of course, Darth Maul was great but I was happy to notice that zabraks are also much more)

I love the togruta, the yuuzhan vong, and the Caamasi races. They are all relly cool. I like the togruta due to their group organization, the vong due to the New Jedi Order series being really cool. I liked the Caamasi because of their pacificistic nature. R.I.P Elegos A'Kla (darn you Shedao Shai scream )

Did you ever notice that there fur prevents the revelation of nudity? and that they often wear clothes. As for my favourites. Kel'Dor, Wookiee* and Nautalan. *Wookiee is spelled with two e's.

I know this is more of a culture than a race, but I like the Mandalorians first and foremost. They are, in my opinion, the fiercest warriors in the galaxy bar none. It has been impossible to wipe them out, though many have tried. They find honor in battle, whether in defeat or victory.
Other than them, probably Wookiees, Twi'leks, and Jawas.
