A Master is someone who can use the Keyblade to its full potential... whereas a wielder can handle it, and maybe use some of it's abilties...
And... about that thread you locked, with my freaking out... gomen nasai, I should've thought that others might have seen it already... I've been out of the loop for so long...

well I beleive she is a keyblade weilder riku does give her a keyblade, and xemanes does say weilders of the keyblade, and on the secreat ending it's riku, sora, and kari

Actually, it's the past forms of Riku, Sora and kairi, but no need to sweat the details. I just don't like Kairi all that much, but I do think that there's a reason that she can weild it...even if it's a flowery piece of crap.
