Shopping was a pain when your child was evil.
Indu reached up and tugged her hat lower, an ineffectual attempt to stop Sjajan from pulling on her newly blue hair. She needed more food, and not those damned avacadoes that Kya kept sending, everyone but Zar hated them.
"Pwah!"
Sjajan was excited about something again, waving her arms wildly and staring over her mother's shoulder. Indu sighed, happy that she's let go of the hair for now, and ignored what the babe was doing.

"HI!" the high pitched squeal in Shanara's ear made her wince. The gaurdain turned to see what appeared to be another gaurdain and a Sin. They had never seen before. A little shyly Shanara walked up to the other woman.
"Umm, hello. I'm sorry to bother you.... I'm Shanara and this is Parvana." Shanara shifted the little toddler in her arms, her clear crystal wings fluttering as she pushed back her bright purple hair.
Parvana was completely intreasted in the baby in the other woman's arms, blinking her black glittering eyes, leaning closer to the other Sin. "Hi.." she mumred a little quiter this time.

Sjajan blinked startled at the loud voice, and once she got over the sound was pleased to find someone as energetic as herself.
"Ai! Ai! Ai! Preh-Ee!"
She grabbed her mother's hair, but reached out toward the toddler. She was so colorful! So pretty! Like when the light hit the glass bottle just right and caused a rainbow earlier this afternoon!
Indu spun to regard the other two people with raised brows. She noted Parvana's unique coloring with a smile and nodded.
"Hullo! I'm Indu, the lil' thing is Sjajan. It's no bother!"

Parvana grinned, clapping her hands together, giggling. "Hi Sja-jan." She stumbled over the the name a little. "Sing?"

"Sih?"
Sjajan had never heard of singing. Of course, Indu sang often, and Sjajan imitated her, but she didn't know a word for it.
Indu raised an eyebrow and grinned.
"I'm sure you sing beautifully, why don't you show her?"

Parvana's eyes widned as she looked up at the other garudain. Nobody at home asked her to sing, corse she never waited for them to ask either. Her face lite up as she cheered. "Sing!" She immedatly started into the song that they had been listening to on the raido right before they came here. Her wings fluttring fast enough to give of a low pitched hum to harmnize with the notes she sang.
Shanara looked down smiling with pride as she watched her little one preforem for the other two.

Sjajan was very good at appreciating this, she was adept at clapping. And so she did, with giggles at the other girl's song. She was very good!
Indu also clapped, one hand against her thigh at least. She beamed.
"You are very, very good at singing!"

The little girl blushed and beamed at the same time to the others praise. Shanara leaned close and whispered into her ear, "What d you say?"
Blinking shyly Parvana smiled, chewing on her index finger, "Thank you Miss Indu.."
There was a loud chrash behind them and Shanara winced, turing. "Yubber! Would you please quite breaking things? Your going to make us broke!" A little blonde boy with duel color eyes and a fador came out from around the cornor, a wikedly impish grin on his lips as he walked up next to the group.

Sjajan was delighted, she'd never met a boy before, other than Zar, but he didn't count, he was her brother. He looked rather wicked, like Sjajan herself. She stuck out a tiny hand at him and grinned.
"Ber!"
Indu had smiled at the little girl, then raised an eyebrow at the boy. Great. Sjajan looked excited. Damn.
"So... Er... is Parvana a... Sin'Aeis, then?"

Yubber looked up at the little girl, arching his eye brows, but he kept silent looking up at his very annoyed garudain. Shanara smiled flipping some of her silvery hair out ofher face, nodding. "Yeah, Parvana is a Sin'aeis. I got her in Febuary."
Parvana turned and looked back from her brother Yubber to the other Sin'aeis. She was always fasnated with the other Sin'aeis.

"She looks very big for being born that soon! Sjaji's big for her age too, I suppose, I only got her a couple of weeks ago."
When the boy didn't respond, Sjajan's cheerful smile turned into a dark scowl and she groped for a piece of fruit to throw at him.
With a sigh, Indu shifted her away from the grocergy basket and smiled.
"What... Element is she, then?"

His eyes glowed, as he looked up at her, his eyes dearing her to throw it, the cold blue and gold glinting in the harsh unnatreal light of the super market. His hat slipping lower on his head, almost hidding his eyes.
Shanara shifted Parvana in her arms. "They tend to grow at thier own pace, her couisen was born about two months before her, maybe a little bit more then that. And he is already a kid. Her element is rainbow sherbert. What about Sjajan's?"

"Well, uh, I don't know much about the Sin'Aeis... But I was talking to another... Parent... and they told me how they figured it out so... I think she's a... A... Potato."
Indu grinned sheepishly, hoping that a "potato" wasn't a ridiculous idea.
Sjajan on the other hand, rose to the challenge in Yubber's eyes, and prompty hurled a tomato at his face. Her aim was getting surprisingly accurate and she giggled in pleasure.
Indu's eyes widened and she apologized quickly, franticly. What kind of creature had she been given?! No manners whatsoever!
"SJAJAN! Bad! We. Do. Not. Throw. Things! I'm so sorry Shanara... She's made a bad habit of this..."
Sjajan didn't pay any attention to her poor mother, instead she gave a sparkling grin to Parvana.
"I'm really sorry... We have to go..."
With an embarassed blush, she firmly shifted her blond haired babe and strolled quickly out of the aisle, putting down her basket, and leaving the store without buying anything. How was she supposed to make nice with the other Parents when Sjajan insisted on causing trouble?
