Thats a cool character, I love the blonde hair green eyes dark skin combination!
I would suggest correction fluïd to give her hair and or skin some shiney touch and you might try to use some different colors for the skin tone and dress so they get less flat, some lighter colors for the highlights on nose cheecks and forehead, and in the dress on the light side of the folds

Thank you! ^_^ She actually has yellow hair.
I don't have many colors so there is'nt much more I can do. They are all very dark.

hmm... you could try to mix it with another medium, like paint, first paint it lightly and then color the shades

Markers and paint? Kinda ruins the look that I want. Markers is one of my favorite media, not to work with but to look at.
