http://www.newsarama.com/forums/showthread.php?s=1b29510a66e05106db5642ba9fa0e544&threadid=34195Due for an August release, the series will feature 4 issue long stand-alone stories. Will it sell well, will it be a faithful adaption? Only time can te- No, wait, no, they mention that Sonic and co are transported to Earth, that they are all 1 issue stories, and that Shadow is appearing. That just don't add up in Samwise's book. Introducing Shadow in a single story without expecting continuity, or tieing in Sonic Adventure 1 before hand = nono.

I'm just heartened by the fact that Chris is obviously so popular with the target audience that there's hardly a single mention of him in the whole blurb. wink

That's about it.

Maybe they'll stick him into a page and have him hit with a truck? Wait, nevermind, this is Archie we're talking about. I don't know, the way Archie is pulling their stories together now is kind of making me wonder if this is really a good idea or not. I'm just thankful Sally, Mina, and the other Archie characters aren't in this. sweatdrop

Was starting to wonder when an actual release month would be set...Great, now the delimma of trying to track down TWO Sonic comics :p
I'll definitely try to pick up the series, though. It's been way too long since we've seen a Sonic mini-series.

I'm still surprised that Archie're over-confident enough to make it into an ongoing series straight away, rather than test the waters with a miniseries. Hang on a... No, nothing that Archie does really surprises me any more. sad
