No he is not...
He was just trying to do his job as a new death eater and found that more important then playing so game to so that he is better then Harry. as the year went on he was getting paler because he was really getting worried that he would fail at his job and The dark lord would then kill him and his mom.
I don't mean to be rude or anything but i really don't think this is a bad theory

i don't think that he is a werewolf. I think if he was his family would have disowned him because werewolves are not respected in the wizarding world (save for a few people) and the Malfoys are very proud purebloods wouldn’t allow him to carry their name if he had been bitten. Mostly his father would have killed him on the spot for such a blemish on the family name by being one no matter how he became one.

Wow, that's an interesting theory! It amazes me that people come up with theories like that, and that they actually make that much sense.

 Good theories, but i think that it was concocted in the wrong way. Anyone read the Epilouge to DH? Im not going to say anything now, but an event in his life that they show probably wouldn't have happened if he were a Werewolf.
Also, he was extreemly stressed with trying to get to Dumbledore, because if he didn't his family would be punished for another failure. After Lucius loosing the Prophecy, and being taken to Azkaban, Voldemort was extreemly upset. Draco was tired, upset, scared, probably loosing a whole lot of sleep, and stressed from the fear of everything going on around him. He's just a scared little boy, not a Werewolf.
On the otherhand....Does anyone think...Well here, highlight over this white lettering to see my opinion {{Deathly Hallows Spoilers}} Lavender Brown could very well be a Werewolf. On page 646, chapter 22,"The Elder Wand",starting at the beginning of the page (i cutt off some) there is this exerpt:
"...Two bodies fell from the balchony overhead as they reached the ground, ans a gray blue that Harry took for an Animal sped four-legged across to sink its teeth into one of the fallen. 'NO!' Shrieked Hermione, and with a defening blast from her wand, Greyback Fenrir was thrown back from the feebly stirring body of Lavender Brown. Then, with a bright white flash ans a crack, a crystal ball fell on top of his head, and he crumpled to the ground and did not move."
And thats the last we hear of it....Now, see Rowling dosn't mention -which- person is bitten, but I assume since she said "From the feebly stirring body of Lavender Brown" that she meant her. Also, it never mentions the other body after the first sentince in my exerpt. Any thaughts on this?I'd like to hear some different views on it. {{END HD SPOILERS}}
Ok...Im done on my theories on which characters are werewolves....xD

I seriously thought that this theory sounded plausible. It's a shame it didn't really pan out. Or at least it wasn't specifically confirmed or denied, but it's such an important detail that I 'm sure J.K. Rowling would have included it if it were true. Your theory was very well worked out, though. I really thought it was a possibility. sweatdrop
