Kharazhan is probably the easiest place to get inside and explore. I went into Hyjal once when wallwalking was still around, as well as the behind the instanced gate in SW.
You can still get into Hyjal.. it's just a bit more complicated now.

Take the normal path to Hyjal through .. whatever the hell that demon place in Winterspring is. When you get to the top, keep walking forward, you'll see a hill, you have to jump over and across that to get into hyjal.
