There are basically no rules, except as in all games of DnD, Rule 0, the DM is always right, if you have a point you wish to bring across that goes against something I do, I will be happy to listen and might change if it is a good point. One of the few house rules is this, specific components will not be needed for spells, just as long as you have a sack for components you can say you already have the components in it, this does not apply to runescape spells, unless otherwise noted and special cases like the blood mage who requires blood for his spells, which is always arcane. You will recieve the spellbook upon meeting the magician in tutorial island, which everyone starts at tutorial island when the game starts. The components required for casting the spells of the runescape regular spellbook you are required to have the runes for the components, unlike regular arcane spells. This spellbook can cast a spell from anyone, even if they have no magic experience what-so-ever. Although a barbarion trying to cast an air blast may have a hard time with it, due to the extreme low intelligence. Intelligence is what will determine the capability of the runescape spellbook spellcasting.
Here's another house rule: healing is faster then normal, I dont like 1 hp per level every 8 hours, it will be much faster to heal.
Ah yes, another house rule, when rolling for initiative I prefer to only do it once so that will keep the battles moving faster. If anyone objects to this I might change this to every round.
Any comments? Questions? Snide remarks? xp

I thought barbarians were illiterate in the first place. And unless there's an extra house rule limiting their ability scores, I don't see prohibiting barbarians with high intelligence scores.
