Anyone can make their own RP, the rules for such are very simple:
1 - The RP must be in some way, shape, or form related to PGSM.
That's it! If you wish to have a second thread dedicated to organization and chatter, similar to the RP Interest thread we started with, that is fine as well. Just make sure both threads are titled in such a way that they are obviously linked together.
Of course, the TOS must be followed at all times, but that goes without saying. If you are making up your own RP, you make the rules. If you want to allow, or not allow original characters, that's your call.
