If you're talking about the new movie coming out straight to DVD about the Judas Contract, then here's some information on it. This movie will be based on the Teen Titans comics, and won't be associated wth the animated series, and it will have Nightwing in it but none of the other Titans have been confirmed. I'm so excited for it!

The Judas Contract is mainly about the old version of the Titans. The very first Titans, Robin, Speedy, Wonder Girl, Aqualad, and Kid Flash. And that team will meet Starfire, Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Raven. Well thats what I heard of corse.
