The aminals :: To stick to a mythological theme if he cannot become a unicorn I wish him to become a sort of female minotaur.First choice :: Unicorn
Info on unicorn ::

The unicorn is a legendary creature usually depicted with the body of a horse, but with a single – usually spiral – horn growing out of its forehead (hence its name – cornus being Latin for 'horn').
Though the popular image of the unicorn is that of a white horse differing only in the horn, the traditional unicorn has a billy-goat beard, a lion's tail, and cloven hooves, which distinguish him from a horse.[1] Marianna Mayer has observed (The Unicorn and the Lake), "The unicorn is the only fabulous beast that does not seem to have been conceived out of human fears. In even the earliest references he is fierce yet good, selfless yet solitary, but always mysteriously beautiful."
Medieval knowledge of the fabulous beast stemmed from biblical and ancient sources, and the creature was variously represented as a kind of wild a**, goat, or horse. By A.D. 200, Tertullian had called the unicorn a small fierce kidlike animal, and a symbol of Christ. Ambrose, Jerome and Basil agreed.
The predecessor of the medieval bestiary, compiled in Late Antiquity and known as Physiologus, popularized an elaborate allegory in which a unicorn, trapped by a maiden (representing the Virgin Mary) stood for the Incarnation. As soon as the unicorn sees her it lays its head on her lap and falls asleep. This became a basic emblematic tag that underlies medieval notions of the unicorn, justifying its appearance in every form of religious art.

Highland Cattle originate from the rough country of the Scottish Highlands and Islands. The grand old breed, famous for its hardiness and looks, can be traced back several hundred years.
Highland cattle are an ancient Scottish breed of cattle with long horns and shaggy pelts. The breed was developed in the Highlands and western coastal regions of Scotland, and breeding stock has been exported to Australia and North America since the 1900s. The breed was developed from two sets of stock, one originally black, and the other reddish. Today, Highland cattle come in a wide variety of colours.
Highlands are known as a hardy breed (most likely due to the rugged nature of their native Scottish Highlands), which will eat plants other cattle avoid. They both graze and browse. The meat tends to be leaner than most beef, as highlands get most of their insulation from their thick shaggy hair rather than subcutaneous fat. This coat also makes them a good breed for cold Northern climates.
Highland cattle were the earliest registered breed, with the registry ("herd book") established in 1984. Although groups of cattle are generally called herds, a group of highlands is known as a fold. The breed is affectionately known as "shaggy coos" or "hairy coos" in parts of Scotland. They were also known as "kyloes" in Lowland Scots - possibly a corruption of Gàidhealach meaning of "Gaelic culture", or by conflation with "kye", an old name for cow.
Notably, Highland cattles were successfully established in Italian Dolomites, in wide open areas. Their hair provides needed protection during the cold winters, and their skill in browsing for food is also important in order to survive in this steepy mountain area.

Info on dairy cow ::

The Holstein or Holstein-Friesian is a cattle breed used in dairy farming. This use of Holstein is found twice in history: In Britain it was used (with "Dutch" as synonym) to indicate the imported cattle ancestral to the shorthorn, those animals did come for an important part from Holstein. In modern/US English it refers to animals based almost exclusively on stock from the Netherlands.
Developed in the United States of America from "purebred" Friesian (-Holland) stock imported for the largest part from the provinces Friesland-the main purebred breeding area in the 19th century- and North Holland-the secondary breeding area- in The Netherlands, the Holstein is sometimes also known as the Friesian Holstein or the Holstein Friesian.
The Holstein is now the most common breed of dairy cattle around the world - in the U.S., Holsteins constitute 90% of the 10 million dairy cow population. The Holstein's most outstanding characteristic is its combination of a high volume of milk production at an acceptable milk fat percentage. Typical Holstein milk is 3% to 4% milk fat (the Jersey, another popular dairy breed, produces about half the volume of milk per cow per day, but at 4 to 4.5% milk fat). European Holstein herds (especially in Denmark and the Netherlands) can produce much higher fats - some as high as 4.6% - even with yields per cow per year of 8,000 litres.
Although the ancestral Holstein and Friesian herds are merged in parts of the world, breeding records are often kept by the industry to indicate the percentage of Holstein and Friesian ancestry in a particular animal.
