With Christmas coming up you can make puppy chow

and give it to your friends!
It's a great gift that is cheap
and i haven't met someone who doesn't like puppy chow!

This recipe is easy, delicious and fattening x]

Ambrosia~ (fruit salad)

Ingredients
can of fruit cocktail
whipped cream
mayonnaise
walnuts
apples
any other fruit you like

Drain can of fruit cocktail and then put it in a large bowl. Chop up apples, walnuts and other any other food you want to add into bite-sized pieces then put it in the same large bowl. Add whipped cream and toss until it's evenly distributed (the amount depends on how much fruit is in the bowl). And if you really want it to be good, toss in about a tbsp of mayonnaise. Then you're done! biggrin

I don't have an exact recipe for it,
but I like to make quesadillas for breakfast.

I use 2 flour tortillas,
1 large egg,
2 links turkey sausage (it has less fat and calories, and tastes better in my opinion)
A handful of cheddar cheese (or you can use pepperjack for some kick.
A little chopped onion and green bell pepper.

In a skillet on medium heat, lightly brown chopped onion and bell pepper pieces.
Cook your sausage before hand (the ones I get are heat and eat, so I just nuke 'em)
and slice it, not too thickly, and add in to the pan.
Whip up your eggs nice and fluffy, salt and pepper as desired ( I like adding a couple drops of Tabasco sauce to mine).
Add eggs to the pan, stirring as necessary.
When the mix is fully cooked, have another pan on medium-high heat,
lay a tortilla down and sprinkle on cheese, layering your filling on top of it.
Add the rest of the cheese on your egg filling and put the other tortilla on top.
After 3 minutes or so, flip to brown the other tortilla.

There you have it!
Plate it up, maybe some salsa on the side,
and you've got a great (and easy to make when you get the hang of it) breakfast!

Okay, so I'm a big fan of anything banana or vanilla. I don't like sweets too much and that is exactly why I'm posting this. Because I like it, which must mean it's decent, right?

Vanilla Banana Wafer Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
4 egg yolks
1 box of vanilla Wafers
4-5 ripe bananas
4 egg whites, at room temperature
5 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

2.In 9x9-inch baking pan, line with a layer of vanilla wafers.

3.Remove bananas from peels and cut into slices.

4.Cover and refrigerate banana slices while preparing pudding mixture.

5.Mix sugar, flour and salt in large bowl. Stir well and set aside.

6.In a medium-sized saucepan, beat egg yolks well.

7.Over medium heat, combine flour mixture with egg yolks, alternately with the milk and vanilla extract, stirring constantly.

8.Bring mixture to boil. Once mixture thickens, add butter or margarine, continuing to stir to prevent burning. Once it reaches pudding consistency, remove from heat and cool.

9.Place a layer of banana slices in baking pan on top of vanilla wafers.

10.Pour half of the pudding over the wafers and banana. Place another layer of vanilla wafers and another layer of bananas, and cover with the remaining pudding.

11.To make meringue, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they reach soft peaks. Slowly add sugar, cream of tartar, and beat until stiff peaks are formed.

12.Fold vanilla extract into the meringue and spread meringue over the pudding.

13.Place in a preheated oven and bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Alright. Now I know this sounds complicated, but trust me. I've been baking since I was eight and this is one of the first desserts I made. It's quite easy and totally worth the effort. smile

Stuffed Chicken Breast

Boneless Chicken Breast
Bread Crumb Stuffing
Onions
Bell peppers
Gruyere Cheese

Bread Crumb Stuffing is really easy to prepare. Most just require adding water and mixing in a pot. Make sure you mince your onions, bell peppers, and shred the Gruyere cheese. The smaller they are the better. You want these ingredients to be soft when done cooking.

Preheat the oven to 450° F. Some people choose to wash their chicken in cold salty water for 10 minutes; that is all up to the cooker. Use a good cutting knife to to butterfly the chicken (cut the chicken open from from one side leaving the other side connected to use as a hinge). Lay the butterflied chicken wide open with the outer sides laying on the cutting board. Tenderize the chicken with a mallet or whatever you have to beat the meat (haha, couldn't think of anything else). Near one side of the chicken put the stuffing mix. The amount is up to you, I like to over stuff mine. Roll the breast closed rolling the stuffed part inward. Keep the breast closed with a toothpick. Saute the breast in a pan until both sides turn brown. When finished browning the chicken place on a broiling tray; you might wanted to put another tray under it to catch any fat that falls. Bake the breast for 40 minutes at 450° F.

Be careful when handling the chicken, it may not feel that hot on the surface but the inside is probably over 120° F; so let it cool. This chicken can be served with some type of sauce drizzled over it. I like to have macaroni and cheese, candied yams, and peas as sides.
