Question 1: When I listen to Linkin Park, I get this sense of inspiration and desire to change the world, to open the eyes of people who close them to make problems go away. Linkin Park, I think, addresses issues that people need to take seriously. I feel like helping them in that regard.
Question 2: Some of Linkin Park's music does help me a lot. "Somewhere I Belong" and "From the Inside" in particular have helped to define who I am and what my beliefs are. (This answer might not completely fit the question, sorry 'bout that)
Question 3: Unfortunately, no. When I have a problem, it's best for me to sleep on it for a little while and when I wake up, I feel refreshed and ready to deal with said problem. Sleep is my therapy more than anything. But Linkin Park has helped me to understand emotions a little better.
This is a very good forum. Thank you Oenone Wine for starting this thread, it feels to good to talk about how Linkin Park's music plays a serious role in my life and I am interested in how other people feel about the band.

At any given time i feel down or have situation where i need help in letting out my emotions, I'd listen to music in general. But when i hear Linkin Park, it's like they're there to help calm me down and find alternatives to deal with whatever it is i'm dealing with or going through. They help me find the better side to things, inspire me to see the better side of things and because of them, i found a better way to let out my emotions through writting or drawing, painting. I hear what it is that they say, knowing that they feel same as i do. I feel comfort and at ease. Sure you can find that through listening to music in general but it feels a whole lot different when i hear Linkin Park sing these words, playing the beats that go along with it. Than i feel this suddenly at ease, inspired to be better or do better, or feel that i'm in a different world to find an escape from things and when i come back, i can solve them easily. Well, not so easily but you get the point.
