Maybe your true name is longer then two or three words. The seven words could be the true name of Galbatorix. Maybe Shruikan.

Or maybe it was a message for him to give someone.

And if he had said 'I am your father' in the ancient language, wouldn't Eragon have figured it out during his studies with Oromis?

My theory is that it's the true name of the Ancient Language, which would allow Eragon to control all magic (and maybe free Murtagh!)

P.S> I voted for thorn as my fave dragon because he's bonded to my fave charcter...Murtagh!
