hey, guild members, i'm back after a long vacation.
just wanted to stop by and say that i'm studying for my japanese final at SFSU. i've got an oral presentation thursday, but i'm worried about the written portion.
anyone else got finals?

My Japanese final is...extremely easy. It's a writing assignment that we have until the final next month to write, and then a speaking and listening test. The only difficult part should be the speaking -- and that's only because I suck a memorizing stuff in other languages. Despite how hard my class is during the year (with this specific teacher), the final is never too difficult.

Sadly enough, I'm not in college, and my highschool doesn't offer Japanese as a course ... cry I just teach a small class after school every other Thursday ... but, I wish you the best of luck on your final!! I love languages - though a Spanish Final and an ASL on the same day kind of bites ... ... stressed

I'm trying to get out of my finals. Lessee...Latin I get out of because I was absent less than 3 days, Science I get out of because I passed the SOL, Geography I get out of cuz I passed the SOL, Algebra I get out of because I passed the SOL, Health I already took, and Writing I got out of for passing the SOL...so really all I need to show up for is the Strings final. whee

I'm actually supposed to still be in school but since I don't need to take the finals I don't need to go to school today or yesterday.

im still in Highschool, but i can sign up to take college classes and ill be taking Japanese by this fall (?) i beleive. i have no clue how im able to get into college classes, but it also gives me 3X the credits of taking a highschool language course XD.

You guys are so lucky to be able to take Japanese. I might be able to take sign language if it gets approved by the Board of Education, though. I have one final left. I have to take the Earth Science Regents, even though I'm in 8th grade. I'm accelerated.

Yes. Just finished school ends in less than an hour now. Oh yeah! School school goof bye school.....okay lol. I've been hyper all day. Ugh. I so do not want to clean out my locker. Maybe I'll just let it all rot. lol. rofl

My school dont give out Japanese classes.... i am only in highschool so yeah... but i really want a Japanese class!! crying
