The show begins like any normal show as suddenly the voice of a man laughing can be heard.
"I'll drag you into Oblivion!"
As "I Am Hell" by Rob Zombie begins to play, fog blows out from underneath the titantron. Stepping out from the smoke with cane in hand, James Mitchelle walks out with a sick smile on his face. Dressed in a dark and glittery suit, he twirls his cane as he walks down to the ring. Running a hand through his moustache, he picks up a mic.
"Greetings one and all, boys and girls! Welcome to the new Oblivion! I have wonderful news for everyone to hear! But first some bad news. Unfortunately our dear friend James Malcome won't be joining to us. You see it was found that after draft that his dear sweet mother had a heart attack and he couldn't perform General Manager duties. So, I got a call from AWF management asking if I, a capable person could handle the show, indefinately. So ladies and gentlement, the good news: I am the new GM of Oblivion!"
A big smile on his face, James rubbed his moustache again. "So tonight, we have a new roster, wonderful! And with my taste in wrestling influencing everything tonight, I will announce some new matches for you! First and foremost, our main event tonight will include a blood-fest for the Oblivion Championship tonight. That's right! Our own Champ, Vincent will be taking on no other than the formal AWF Champion himself, Nick Way! And just to make things interesting, we'll make it a Falls Count Anywhere match!" Much cheering ensues. "Now also we have a situation with the Tag Titles. Since the formal champs are divided, and Heatwave has current posession of the titles, we're going to have a tournament to determine the new champs. All those wanting to participate in the tournament may come down to my office and sign up. And with that, Oblivion's going to get darker! Messier! And a whole lot more Edgier!"
