Is the all powerfull Gai's real name Guy? I looked through wikipeda were I get all my info and when I looked at the Gai entrie this came up
Might Guy is a fictional character in the anime and manga series Naruto. Fansubs have mistakenly dubbed his name as Maito Gai, leading to confusion, but the second official Naruto data book (Hiden: Tō no Sho) states his name as Might Guy. The English version of the anime and manga also uses Might Guy.
I don't know what to beleve!!!! gonk

In the manga they translated it to Maito Gai. But that was then translated roughly to Mighty Guy somewhere along the lines. It was breifly changed back to Maito Gai, but chicken shirt American readers like to be able to read things they way they pronounce them. Making him Guy Might [[Mighty Guy]]. Basically its a rough translation of his name. Actually Squiggy, I think thats In your favorite website ever. Wikipedia.org. Just read.
