I was thinking if I should grow my hair nice and long or re-layer them and curl them afterwards.

And, I sorta need help on how to put on eyeliner....I'm really pathetic at it!
Hair suggestions are a great help too!

Well, i dont know about a lot of things make up wise, but i know how to treat my eyes.
1.) Black eyeshadow is very pretty, but not when it is all powder-y. Use a lip liner brush, wet it with water and then dab it into your eyeshadow then pain it on your eyelids.

2.) Thin black lines work best for eye shadow. If aplied well, you only need to use eye liner on your bottom lid.

3. If mascara is not your thing, get yourself an eyelash curler, it makes your lashes look longer without the heavy mascara.
--If you DO use mascara, get the curler anyways, it makes you eyes really stand out and look a bit larger, which is a nice look for a lolita.
