-Alec was throughly bored with today. Nothing exciting has happened in this place yet, and he was starting to lose hope that something could. Walking in the main room, he considered waking up the sleeping sprites, even if he would end up hated and in trouble. At least he would get something fun out of the day.
However, he spotted another sprite in the room with him, leaning against the wall. Finally, he thought as he walked over.
"Hey" he said, greeting Yoru. "Who are you?"

Yoru glanced up when the other sprite addressed him. "I'm the new guy in these parts, the name's Yoru. And yourself?" At least someone is awake. Is sleeping all anyone does around here?


"I'm Alec," he replied, grinning. "But that's not my real name or anything." He bent down, and placed his orb by his feet as the clouds inside shifted.
"Have you went through all of the castle yet?" he asked, standing and facing Yoru again.

"Nope, this is the only area I've ever been in so far. How many rooms are there? This place looked pretty large on the outside," he replied while glancing around and trying to familiarize himself with the place. He had a feeling he would be stopping by more often


"I'm not really sure actually.." he muttered, gazing around the room.
"But, I bet there is a secret passage around here somewhere. These kind of old buildings always have one, you know, just in case someone needs to hide. I bet if we try we can find it." he grinned again, and not waiting for Yoru response, he pick up his orb and walked over to the wall. Placeing his ear against the wall, he began to knock on it.

Curious, Yoru followed behind Alec over to the wall. He stood back and waited to see what would happen next. "Why are we looking for secret passages? Is there something we're supposed to be hiding from?" he asked, confused.


" Well noo, unless you need a hiding spot." Alec blinked, but continue tapping, listening for something hollow.
"I was thinking we could use it for a club if it leads to a room. But with no girls" he quickly added the last bit. He had only breifly chatted with one girl sprite before, and the others seemed very energetic and femine.
"Girls would only bring cooties to the club room anyways" He stuck his tounge out at the thought and laughed.
"Soo, what do you say?" he said, smiling at Yoru
"All you have to do is listen for a hollow sound."

Yoru smiled, "This club of yours sounds like a good idea. Girls tend to scare me sometimes, they are just to preppy for my tastes." He placed his ear against the wall and started tapping, listening for that hollow sound. While working, he got to thinking, "Is anyone else gonna be in the club, or is it just us?"



Alec picked up his orb, then shifted down to a new area, and started tapping again.
"Sure. But we can't tell everyone or it would only be passage and not a secret one. I could be in charge of who knows about it, and you could in take care of gaurding it and deciding what to bring in it, like pillows and stuff."
Alec felt the change of the clouds in his orb and wondered if his companion noticed or not. Either way, he wouldn't know what it meant.
After finishing with his area he moved down again and continued tapping and listening.

Sure! I think I can handle protecting it, that shouldn't be a problem for me. No one will even know I'm there," he smirked. "But do you have anyone in mind that you would let join?" He tapped some more, but no luck.


Alec in fact had no one in mind. He had just been brought here and hadn't had the chance to meet much of anyone else.
"Well kinda not really... but I know that girls are a NO." He tapped one more time and then shuffled over to the fireplace.
"Oh and adults too. They'd just ruin it by making it a storage room or something" he grumbled, clearly thinking about Raar and how she had an over abundance of stuff that needed a room to live in.
Tapping on the wall, a hollow sound returned.
"Heey!"

He kept tapping on the wall, trying to find what's hidden behind it. He was about ready to give up when he noticed that the other sprite had stopped. Hope creeped into his voice, "Did you find something?" He sure hoped they had.



Alec jumped in excitement, almost losing his orb from his grip. The clouds inside swirled around in a happy frenzy.
"I think so, come check it out."
He placed his orb down and started knocking on the wall, hearing where it was hollow and where it was not.
"I bet there is a switch somewhere.." he thought out loud, sizing up the fireplace.

Umm well this is probally our best bet to find hidden switch. You should check the bricks out, see if any are loose." Alec deminstrated by tugging one of the bricks, but it didn't budge.
"It's probally one of these.."

Yoru watched, but made no move to remove the bricks. "We don't have to look for a switch, it's just fine how it is, nice and dark."
