i'm asking this because i wish to know if a char can be deleted for being inactive over 3+months?!? in other words i want to know if a char ID can be deleted by SE??

i think its after a year they delete your toon,yes.

To be honest, they say 3 months, and some believe a year, but I've gone almost a year and a half without playing before, and then came back still having my character up and available for use.
I've lost the character since then from deleting it myself to start on another server, but yes, character should stay long enough, possibly at least a year, if you can't get on for a while.

oh good i was a bit worried my char might of been deleted because i my Content ID has been inactive for over 5-7months now.

I had been wondering the same-- I haven't played since November, so I guess that means my character is still "alive" Hurrah! biggrin

I've read about this somewhere a long time ago, so my info might not be innacurate.
Square doesn't delete characters every three months, but when the do they will only delete the ID's that have been inactive for over three months. (this goes to say, they never "really" delete things.) If you character does get deleted, there's a possibility of it being recovered in the "Return to Vanadiel" campaine, but I don't know how often they do that...

When i was moving i diden't have internet for 3 moths to play, so i would check mail on my phone they send you a warning saying you need to respond to keep your account acctive, but they keep your Charaters on your account for up to 6-9 months to keep you as a customer.
