1-2 sticks of celery
1/2 an onion
1 red or green pepper(or both)
and other veggies(all chopped, lol)

to:
1-2 Large cans of tomato sauce
Bring to a slow slowboil
Add spices, stir well , wait 5-10 mins before tasting and adding more spices(to give the spices time to be absorbed by the sauce. Just so you don't add too much of a spice. If you want add more spice and wait, and so on. Get it to taste, then put on Rice, noodles, Bread, Toast, or itf youre like me, just about anything you can think of. lol (you can eat it plain too)
