My sister has Athletics afterschool everyday for volleyball season and my dad said he'd take her home.
Well, today I got home at 5PM [school ends at 3:45--bus takes forever to get home] and my sister isn't home. That's odd because her Athletics ends at like, 4:30PM.
So I call my dad to ask where she is and he says, "Oh, I'm not doing that! She should find a friend to ride home with. Or she could just walk."
Walk?! Just walking at a constant rate without a backpack would probably take me 2 hours to walk that far. Holy crap. Wtf?

Is he unaware that it's August, which is a very hot month for a kid to have to walk home during?

Not to mention countless children get abducted in this day and age, reguardless of how safe they think it is.
Considering I was just scared shitless when this adorable little boy I know from the local church went missing for a few hours, chasing a stray cat, and there was major panic. > >

It's in Texas and she's walking home in 100 degree [if not more] weather. Gr. My dad is an idiot.

Yeah, that's just plain crazy.
Greg said how hot it was when he got back from the UK, that he was about ready to strip. D:
