If you want to learn PHP, and don't really feel like reading eBooks/textbooks, you could always just download a video tutorial,
http://bitspyder.net is a nice place to find educational torrents. There are 2 video series on PHP made by VTC, and they're available there. There is Real World PHP Programming, and just VTC - PHP, but either way, they're quite nice. If you don't want to register, or anything like that, since you do need to, you could contact me, and I'd be willing to e-mail them/send them over an IM, but they're around 130mbs, for hours upon hours of video. .MOV, so you'll need QuickTime, which I can also provide. But anyways.. just letting people out there know. >>
