Spider_Jerusalem Victor Stone Basically. The fabled "purple box" or what have you. I don't really buy the idea that knock-offs work. AFK/OMG have skyrocketed, but BTK/OMFG are worth less than folks are charging for sealeds. The Butterfly Mantilla knocked down the Fairy Wings market price, but only by 1, *maybe* 2k. I think the reason for that tho is that fairy wings will ALWAYS be 40k, AFK/OMG will only continue to rise in price, so people can be cavalier about getting Fairy Wings while having a perfectly decent substitute in the meantime. The best thing for folks to do is simply *NOT* buy items. Granted, there's NO way to control that, but if folks refuse to pay 30mil for minis, folks will be forced to sell the price. All that's going to happen now is that a few letter hoarders will make a ton off their '03s, and everyone else will cling for dear life to their items, knowing that they'll NEVER be able to afford them if they sell. You know what? I'd much rather have my OMFG than an OMG, knock off or not it's a better item with more functionality. The mantilla isn't a knock off of the fairy wings any more than the lunar cloak is a knock off of the dark cape. I don't really consider the mantilla a knock-off of fairy wings, so much as there is a huge desire for new wing items on Gaia and the introduction of a new wing item is going to divert attention away from the fairy wings. I used it as an example because i saw an immediate price drop for fairy wings once the mantilla was introduced. Etta_Candy I personally prefer the OMG to OMFG (though I'm lucky enough to have both). I dunno the OMFG just looks puffier to me (maybe because I'm used to the OMG) and I don't care much for the variation that covers the face up almost fully. But I prefer the BTK to the AFK Ditto. I have an AFK and I'm not particularly fond of it. I've considered selling it, but the possiblity of selling in order to be able to potentially afford a Sash doesn't seem possible anymore. I like the OMFG, but I prefer the OMG because I like the way it fits over the face better. That said, I can't see spending a good sum of money on "upgrading" my AFK to an OMG.

Me and my many mules "earned" approximately 10kish through it, but of course I lost more than that in rare events so it evens out.
