That's an interesting pose. :3 And it actually looks well-balanced... that is, he doesn't look like he's going to fall over. So that's good.
For his face... his lips look a bit too far to the left compared to the rest of his features. His nose also looks a bit too big/bulbous, but that's just my opinion. x3
I'm pretty bad with folds, so I can't really suggest much there.
If you go check out the Links sticky, there's a link to a site called Polykarbon, which has a folds tutorial that might help you out. biggrin
