If Alpha Flight was ever made into a movie, who would you cast?

My cast:
Mac/Guardian- Ryan Reynolds
Heather/Vindicator- Estella Warren
Puck- Peter Dinklage
Shaman- Adam Beech
Snowbird- Elisha Cuthbert
Sasquatch- Tyler Mane
Aurora- Evangeline Lilly
Jean-Paul/Northstar- Sean Maher

I used a mostly Canadian cast. Sean Maher and Peter Dinklage are not Canadians but they are born to play the roles.

I think when you make a comicbook or Video game movie you should try and stay away from all star casts.
1) you end up making it hard to make a sequel due to they want to move on.
2) they do it just to get non fans into the movie even though the actor or actress look snothing like the original character it ruines it for the real fans.
3)their not giving new actors a chance to breakout , plus unknowns may even look like the original characters. Say Christipher Reeves or Brendon Routh.

2) they do it just to get non fans into the movie even though the actor or actress look snothing like the original character it ruines it for the real fans.

I was refering to movies like the Xmen which had problems getting actors to comeback because they wanted to do other projects. But if someone does a Alpha Flight movie and it does well there going to be a sequel.
Theres always a sequel thats the trend these days.
