Ijlal looked up at him, then smiled, amused, before taking his hand and standing.. "Well, it seems you've made my decision for me, handsome. And you would be?" He stood, straightening a wrinkle in her skirt.

"Etienne Gravois, at your service," he said, bringing the back of her hand to his mouth for a tickling kiss. He bowed lowly, giving her another sharp-toothed grin as he did so. Standing up straight once again, he pulled the demoness closer, leading her to the counter. "Order anything you'd like..." he spoke, looking to her. "...And what's your name?"

"One small coffee, black," Ijlala said to the person behind the counter, before looking to Etienne. "Etienne Gravois...Now that is a style of name I haven't heard in quite awhile." Her tail curled and flexed as she placed a hand delicately on her chest, over her head. "Ijlal Wundala. It is a pleasure."

Etienne whistled lowly as the demoness introduced herself, rather growling his flirtacious response. "A pleasure to meet you," he spoke. "And what a lovely, suiting name, for such a lovely, lovely dame," he sang, handing over the money to the cashier. This woman is entirely too... delicious.

"Lovely, am I?" She smiled, sounding as amused as she was. "Well then, aren't I perfect company for a handsome gentleman as yourself?" She raised an eyebrow, folding her hands in front of herself delicately.

"Ah, l'amour, vous me flattez," Etienne purred, giving her yet another toothy grin as he retrieved her coffee and lead her back to her seat. "Is it an interesting read?" he questioned, gesturing to her book as he pulled her chair out for her.

Ijlal sat gracefully, eyeing her book."Oh...interesting enough I suppose, if you're into that sort of...thing." She turned the book over, glancing at the traditionally stereotypical romance cover. A man and a woman embraced in some ruins in some...forest. How terrible.

"I can't imagine it at all, dove," Etienne admitted, shaking his head as well, his black locks waving slowly. "I can't imagine junk food for the brain, nor terrible stories of romance. Aren't romance novels supposed to be elegant and decadent in their stories?" he questioned. It seemed the ones he read were that way, however... so long ago, he finished his thought.

Ijlal laughed, despite herself. "Perhaps some. This, however...Well, it's rather cheesy, cliche, over done, but I can't help it. They're easy reads, at least." She sighed.
