Well... here's the deal. My bro came over to my place for a short time before leaving to go party with his friends... After he left he was arested for MIC (minor in consumption of alcohol.) Somehow I was also charged even though I never left my apartment or saw my bro after he left.
I am going to have to go to court and it is possible that I may be convicted for GIVING the minor the alcohol even though I never saw any of them, much less had or handed out alcohol.

It seems that my bro was drunk and began to name names when questioned by the police and they added me to the list of "bad people."
My dad thinks that we can easily get this dismissed... crying xd sweatdrop

Alright I have now heard the whole story from all sides... My bro got caught drunk with a friend. His blood alcohol rating at the time was .162 and .080 is legally intoxicated. When question by the officer he freaked and said that He was me and gave them my address. My dad didn't even look at the ticket when he picked my brother up and didn't notice that my name and address were on the ticket.
There is one good thing here... My bro's friend was caught that night with so much pot that hey has been labeled as a possible dealer and will most likely get a jail sentence. My brother had not been told and had not done any drugs so he was free to go. I feel sorry for his friend but I am glad my brother didn't get accused of being an accomplice.

can't they clear you of being involved if your brother explains that he freaked and lied? I'll pray for the situation and for him to realize where he messed up

ACtually my bro's wife said that he cried when he woke up and remembered what he did... It weighs real heavy on him when he hurts someone else. He is alot like me in the respect that he hates to see anyone get in trouble for his mistakes...
and he knows that I could have my class 3 gun licence denied if this gets to bad... I'm glad to know that he cares but he will of course never tell me face to face that he messed up. He will say sorry but not that he was wrong. It's just the way he was raised.

*nods* I'm glad you figured out what was going on, Paladin-- and I hope everything works out. It really whomps that you have to go to court anyway, but the truth is more than enough to clear your name at this point. I'd just go and tell them what really happened, get your brother to come in and testify.
