Who's danced in a school talent show? I have. Well, once at school (solo in front of over 600 people gonk ) and once at camp (solo in front of only about 80 people, but it was much longer). I'm working on my own pointe routine to do at my school's talent showcase/coffe house a week from Monday.Good thing it's after school, I'd die if I had to do it in front of the entire school, that's almost 1000 people!

i do heapsa solos at estedfords and thats in front of like 1500people and judges and once i got 1st in my slow tap solo...i was soo excited!

My elementary school had a talent show and I danced... but it's a small school, there were about 400 students at the time.

Actually, I've never danced at a talent show.
I want to, and I also want to dance at a dance competition sometime. But I can;t find them anywhere!

lol...just dont do what I did. It was the talent show in front of my school-1,300 people. I had just finished my dance...I felt like it had gone really well...and it ended in 16 fettes (or fuettes, futtes, however you spell them, like you know the famouse 32 fettes the blck swan does in swan lake, that step) I had gotten a little ahead of the music, and when I got to 16 there was still a tiny bit of music left, so since I felt fairly stable i decided to add in a 17th fette. Big mistake. The acuall step went fine, but when I stepped back into my finishing pose, I lost my balance and fell flat on my butt. That was about 2 years ago, but to this day I still get people coming up to me saying "Arn't you that girl who fell in the talent show?"

That's worse than when this girl sat on the plug and unplugged the boom box in the middle of my act two years ago. Everytime I being it up, people are like "yeah, I felt so bad!"
