Crossfire Peanut...Crossfire makes one of the best regs out on the market today.
Dye's tanks preform and look nice too, but I have 2 Crossfire tanks and love both of them.

I would say get the 68/45. It is a medium sized tank and will give you enough air to get through any game. I don't like tanks that are bigger than a 68 but that's just me.
