In 3rd grade i broke my ring finger on my fretting hand and now it is bent towards the middle finger. Result: I play an A chord with two fingers covering 3 strings and I can't play an A shaped barr chord. Hence, I have no good way to play B. I came was searching around on hte fret board and found this:
x0 0 _______ |- - - - - -| |- - - - -*| |- - - - - -| |- - ** - -|
E: 2 B: 0 G: 4 D: 4 A: 0 E: x
It seems to be somthing like a B5/A
It sounds a little too sweet without the A, but I am unsure why the A works, I guess its the vii.
Anyway, try it out and let me know what you think

uh.... I don't quite follow what the notes are on the scale; Maybe you could tab it out?
I've got one for you here:
5 3 0 4 5 3 (thumb)

i always sub this grip for a traditional open G chord:
3 3 0 0 0 3(thumb)
it allows for a slightly faster change. its a pretty common sub too.

Different ways I guess , and it also depends on context of what you need to see it as .
