The Rules

Everyone knows that rules are important and help keep everyone up-to-date and in line. ^_^ Follow these to the best of you extent (which, by all accounts, should be easy enough).

Rule One

When Roleplaying, follow the Anti-Munch project. A condensed version is posted in each RP subforum. Please review it if you're not sure what we're talking about. :3

Rule Two

Gaia's Terms of Service must be followed. Infractions result in warnings or, in extreme cases, banning. Please review the Terms of Service before doing anything stupid.

Rule Three

"Spam" topics are strictly prohibited. There is one "general" chat thread-- all of the rest must be related to Star Wars in some obvious (or obscure) way, shape, or form. If you're unsure whether or not your topic is appropriate for this guild, PM a mod.

Rule Four

Respect for others is imperative. This includes everyone: n00blets, oldbies, literates and illiterates.

Rule Five

What moderators say is final. They're put in charge for a reason.

Rule Six

Read the stickies. We try to keep them up to date, and they'll keep you informed.

Rule Seven

Enjoy your bloody selves. Only YOU can prevent forest fires. Also, only you can make your Star Wars experience fun. Get involved. :3

Topics Explained

Topic tags are all explained here. :3 Some of them are used widespread, and some are not.

CHAT TAGS

These aren't used much any longer... some would classify them as "obselete". Although tagging your OOC topic is not required, the most basic tags are as follows:

((OOC/S)) = An OOC Shop
((OOC/C)) = An OOC chat topic, or something similar
((OOC/CO)) = A contest
((OOC/Q)) = A question topic

People can use OOC shops to sell their Star Wars-related talentry. This envelopes everything from original stories to pixel shops. If you're not sure if your shop idea would be appropriate, PM a moderator.

Chat topics are used to discuss anything that's not related to the RP. You come to an OOC topic as yourself, not as your RP character.

OOC Contests are contests for guild members. If you're unsure whether or not your contest is appropriate, PM a mod.

Usually, you have to pm a Mod with a question, but if you have a question that you think the whole guild should know, ask it in an OOC question topic.

RP TAGS

These are still used, and will be reviewed in the MRP forum.

Main Roleplay: {MRP/PLANET NAME}
Side Roleplay: {SRP/PLANET NAME}
Roleplay Teaching: {RP/T}

A main roleplay is a thread that constitutes a major part of the foremost storyline. A side roleplay still exists in the main roleplay's "universe", but it deals indirectly with the plot. They can be used for casual character interaction and the like.

((Please note that the SRP definition above is for the MRP forum only. Side roleplays in the Side Roleplay Forum are strictly independent. Read more about them in the forum's info post. x3))

INFO TAGS

These topics are designated as [INFO]. That means that they're importat enough for you to read up on. For the fun and quality of this guild, we must do everything short of begging you to read these.
