I kinda want to join this guild/faction. But i dont know how to join. I have never even heard of it in the game ive just heard people on gaia talk about it. So how do i join if you could tell me that would be awesome!

God you know you really make too many damn topics!!!!!
Okay before i get all pissed and yell at you how about exploring! or talking to random people.
Okay with a fame 5+ go to the temple district of the imperial city.
Wait there and a dark elf girl will appraoch you and talk to you and tell you her husband is lookin for you so then you go to seidurs house or whatever talk to him and the quest starts there oh and the guy he wants you to kill isnt a vampire he is just to let you know and after you kill the real vampire you go back and you get a nifty ring and you can sell that dude vmapire dust for 250 each.

^O^ You guys, why not just go to gamefaqs and use papagamer's guide like I do? Here... http://db.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/file/oblivion_d.txt Wait till' you finish loading the page and press and hold ctrl f and enter 'sq14' it's real easy so you don't have to ask us questions like this. And btw, that faction doesn't have long quests like the dark brotherhood. All you do is finish one simple quest and that's it. But you could bring vampire dusts to earn more gold.

YOu only get to be an honorary member. The only good thing is that you can cash in your vampire dust for more than you would normally sell it for. The entire faction is about the length of one and a half mage guild quests.

The entire faction is about the length of one and a half mage guild quests. yes i know this i just wanted to do it so i could get more gold for the dusts

Damn okay for every good thing you do you get some fame for every bad thing you do you get infamy
Like mages guild and main quest will give you fame and side quest will give you fame also the arena will give you fame and people will like greet you in different ways *spoiler*
Lets say if you closed the kvatch oblivion gate they would say hey your the hero of kvatch arent you? see your famous and theives guild darkbrotherhood quests will give you infamy which is kind of the same as fame but not really if your infamy is higher then your fame you cannot be healed by the gods anymore. Also if you go on random killing sprees and save you can also high infamy.
