I have an issue with my weight, and before you say that I'm at a healthy weight let me make it clear that I already know this. I'm 16, 110 lbs and I cant get it out of my head that I'm to heavy. I used to think I was to thin, but after I turned 15 I gained weight and now I cant stand it.
I know my curves are normal, but I cant stop thinking about how it felt when I used to be a size one. So I end up trying to only eat a proper meal once a day. Lately I've been feeling even more disgusted with my weight ....
Please I need advice on whats wrong with me.

What could be happening is that you just miss your old size, which can be normal. Periodically I miss being a size 1 as well, especially when I think of old pants I used to have. This might not be the case for you though. This could be the start to an eating disorder, which is not good. You can get more info on eating disorders here: http://www.kidshealth.org/Search01.jspAnother thing. Eating one full meal a day isn't helpful to you. For you to keep a steady weight then should eat 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and also 3 small healty snacks. Breakfast is very important too. It is what starts your metabolism in the morning so that way when you eat other meals, your metabolism will be faster so your other meals will digest quicker. I hope this helps you.

110 lbs Is great for someone of youre age or pretty much anyones age. It isnt overweight even though its more than it was when you were 15.
Growing taller and older needs more weight, its natural to gain around your age because your body needs it. Its part of growing.

Don't worry, you are fine att the weight that you are at. Just eat, thrive, and be happy.

One thing you didn't mention is how tall you are. I can tell by the fact that you said you wore a size 1 that you obviously have a small bone structure, so your weight (as long as you're not like, 5'8") is fine.
I know what it's like. At 5'5", when I was 18, I weighed 108 pounds. Because I still had what I though was fat under my arms (um, it was SKIN) and thick thighs (nothing you can do about that!) I thought I was still fat, regardless of people telling me I really was TOO skinny... but they were right.
You sound like you're fine. However, eating one meal a day is likely to make you gain more weight. Like a PP said, try to eat small meals more frequently. When I was thin, I seriously just forgot to eat. I'd get ready for bed and realize I hadn't eaten that day. Part of it was because with my social life, I was always busy, so we made a point of hanging out at restaurants sometimes so I would remember to eat.
As long as you're not having aversions to food, or feeling weak, being thin isn't a problem... just remember that adults are NOT meant to weigh under 100 lbs. Teenagers aren't either, unless you're under 5' tall.
If you need some reassurance that you're fine, go look at pictures of Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan, who while they ARE super skinny, look disgusting. You shouldn't be able to see shoulder sockets or your rib cage, and your arms should be bigger than pencils.
