Well if you want know for highets attack power.
Blast burn (for fire red/ leaf green) fire type
Hydro cannon ( for fire red/ leaf green)
I think either thunder or zap cannon for electric
Fire blast and hydro pump for any other game.

i_eat_angel_hearts Hydro Pump, Thunder, and Overheat. 3nodding But Overheat goes down in power when you use it so even if it is strong it isn't that good to use.

I think those were the best
P.S We are not talkin bout strongest pokemon we are talkin about the strongest water thunder and fire move!

These are the smartest ones to use. Surf, Thunderbolt, (Thunder with Kyogre), and Heat Wave.
