Artemis' apartment is quite nice. Her bedsheets are always clean and bleached, the bed itself made, and things are always put back right where they came from. She had requested one of the nicer apartments, seeing as how she was very skilled in what she did and the hospitals wanted her. There are a few obscure paintings on the wall, just for Artemis' own amusement when she walked by, and the walls are painted a nice light blue.
In the kitchen is a stove, refridgerator, toaster, dishwasher, and a blender with smoothie juice bottles behind it. Her bathroom has a nice royal blue shower curtain and a very large mirror above her sink. There's a nice green couch, along with a tv and some approved movies. Next to the couch lies a bookshelf, filled with almost all of the approved books, and even a few banned trashy novels that she had found.

A small envelope was pushed under Artemis' door. The contents contained a personal invitation to participate in the work of the underground. And if she accepted to meet at the museum and wait at the "Union Beginnings" display.

Artemis walked into her apartment, and locked the door behind her. She went to get some food, and sat down on the couch, slowly eating. She paused as she noticed a note on the floor, and went to read it. After a moment, she put her jacket back on, and left, the food sitting on the armrest of the couch.
