I clutched my musketeer cloak tightly to protect myself from the biting chill of the approaching Fall as I opened the door to the guild to a great commotion. So many new faces had arisen of late. There was determined warrior of xing linx scythe in hand and all dressed in black, the angelic appearance of The Muffin With A Heart with the wind swirling perfectly around her feet and wings in her hair, and even the innocent boochy90 in beautiful blue dress and little blue bow which matched her eyes. So many different people drawn to this place by the one thing they had in common. Their love for writing.
There you go a 3 for 1 deal. smile

Very slick, I must say. xD
Okay, here we go.
The gentle roar of talk was suddenly silenced as the door to the guild was flung open. Silhouetted against the rising dawn, a stranger stood calmly in the doorway, his mess of hair windswept and unkempt. He held a tattered book in his hand, and the other clutched a thick, lavishly embroidered cloak, the quality befitting someone of high merit, around his shoulders. As his eyes, deep and coloured like the sweetest honey, scanned the room before him, his fingers began to clench upon the book, tighter and tighter, until they faded to a pale grey. He seemed surprised. The people gathered in the guild watched him carefully, unsure whether or not to speak. An unsettled silence filled the room, and all eyes were upon the man, who stood resolutely before them. The stranger seemed lost for words; his mouth opened and closed several times, the effect of which was slightly comical. Then his eyes began to sparkle, and his face suddenly shifted into a warm, welcoming smile. "Good morning," he said brightly, his knuckles relaxing their hold, flooding his fingers with colour. "I can see the guild has attracted quite a few faces since I was last here..." The crowd returned his grin, and a few people laughed in nervous relief. He had been there before.
