I know this sounds wierd but how do you get king Mickey ?

It happens randomly in a boss fight. o: Sometimes if you die, Mickey will come out and you get control over him instead of Sora until you can revive him.
I believe it's 100% the first time you die, 50% the second, 25% the third, and so on.

Unless you're talking about hacking the game... I saw a movie where somebody did that and they were playing as Mickey against Sephiroth. I have no idea how they did that.

If you die in certain battles, like Xaldin or Cerberus for example, he comes to save you. He saves you up to 6 times on normal, 4 times on proud and ? times on beginner, god knows why you would die on beginner.
Also for the ps2 Action Replay Max, there is a cheat to make your character into Mickey, but you cannot ever beat any boss becasue he doesnt have finishing moves or Reaction Commands.
