Eric's apartment is well-maintained and decently furnished. What little cash he had left after the Mimic Rebellion he put into this apartment. There's a couch, loveseat, and a overstuffed chair he got from his father's spare room, all of them mismatched. The appliances in it are decent, not top-of-the-line.
